ADDING A PHOTO TO YOUR LOCKET
To be honest, it's not the easiest thing to do, but it can be done and I've done it many times. As you can see in the open-locket photo, there are two oval openings, one on each side of the locket. However, there are no slots or hinges to allow you to slide a photo behind them.
1) To keep the photo from shifting once it's in place, Print it on a blank label.
2) Take a sheet of clear plastic and hold it against the locket opening. Mark the opening edges with a permanent marker,
3) Place the clea plastic over the desired photo and cut them together so that the photo is just barely larger than the opening. The closer it is to the exact size of the opening the better!
4) Peel the back of the label and carefully place the photo in the opening. Make sure it is centered they way you want before pressing down the adhesive label.
5) Ease the edges of the photo under the edge of the locket opening with something like a small screwdriver or the dull end of a butter knife.
The good news is, most people will never change the photo in a locket once it's places so you'll only have to do the once for each side.
